Return Shipping Costs

  • All customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Original paid shipping costs for orders will be deducted from your refund for any return not considered DOA.

  • International customers and those outside the 48 Continental USA are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Missing Packages

Missing packages require notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will not cover replacement or refund for notifications after this 48-hour period.

If we have proof of delivery, we will assist in filing a claim. Refunds or replacements are only issued in very specific cases.

Please verify the shipping address used when the order was placed and check the following:

  • Look for a delivery attempted notice

  • Look around your location for the delivery

  • Check with your household or neighbors

  • Contact the local carrier hub for more information
